About Us:
3D Art House specializes in creating high-quality, game-ready 3D building and architectural assets for games and visualization projects. We are expanding our remote team and looking for talented 3D artists to collaborate on a per-model contractual basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Model buildings and architectural structures (Low Poly, Mid Poly, High Detail)
- Perform UV unwrapping and ensure optimized topology
- Create PBR textures using Substance Painter (4096×4096 / 2048×2048)
- Deliver game-ready assets compatible with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other engines
- Follow project references and maintain visual consistency
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
- Strong experience with Substance Painter for PBR texturing
- Portfolio demonstrating architectural/building modeling and texturing
- Understanding of optimization for game engines
Work Type & Compensation:
Remote | Part-time | Flexible hours
Contractual, payment per model based on complexity and quality
